Strategic Plan 2024 - 2029

The City of Waukesha adopted a new Strategic Plan for 2024-2029. The new plan focuses on four key strategic priorities: Financial Sustainability, Service In Excellence, People-Centered Development, Engaged Community. Each of these priorities has specific goals and objectives for implementation as well as metrics for measuring progress.
