Alex, this was great! You gave an excellent overview of the job. I retired from my county’s 911 Center in 2016 after 17.5 years. I absolutely loved the job. The fact that you never know what to expect when the phone rings is what keeps it interesting. Your day changes from minute to minute. Damn, it sounds like you have an incredibly indepth, important and rewarding job. I'm unsure why this was recommended to me in New Zealand, but it sure was interesting to listen to the complexities of your job that I'm assuming most people wouldn't know about until they listen to you! This is a Perfect example of overstepping. You make laws about texting, phone use, now it’s eating, and next it’s walking while chewing gum. Someone has turned turned their personal annoyance into a law. Ridiculous. How about limiting the brightness of Headlights, the brightness is damaging people’s eyes, and not just staining a shirt 👕. Oh you have bright lights, that makes it ok 👍
