Just wanted to say, my newly famous Sim and his fiance want to thank you for their new home purchase. As their [wannabe sims] retailer I can alwaya find something in the housing market for my sims with your builds 😅 lol!

Award-winning architecture design for sure. However, after watching a few of your build videos, I noticed the layout design in these videos yields some areas of improvement. Are there any other connecting points to the 1st floor sauna - i might have missed it. Having the sauna adjacent to an actual bedroom is an inconvenience as a group of Sims have to walk through a private bedroom to get there. Maybe there should be connecting points between the 1st floor pool to both the sauna and the existing bathroom. Then converting the closet to an ensuite bathroom.
Are you an architect? Because your advices really helpful! Thank you so much! I'm still learning about architecture as well, I'm just a normal person that try to build in this game, there will be many mistakes but getting a lot of knowledge through it make feel very happy !! ^^

you can download some sims 4 camera mods, for example i have one that lets me see from a sims point of view.
It really difficult to describe, but you can watch the Stop Motion making videos tutorials from Simalien channel ^^
