Fannerin was such a cool boss idea. If you destroyed the fort's walls and fought off the guards it would take you on the normal path, if you let it be it would take you on the heroic path. But if you murdered the guards and didn't destroy Fannerin you were taken on the revenge path, which was named after the fact that the people of Fort Fannerin wanted you dead and sought revenge, really amazing concept. And if you destroyed the Wall but spared the guards you were taken on the balence path, which makes sense as you are trying to cause balance but are willing to spare lives, not to mention the fact that if you just don't even enter Fannerin you go on the neutral path as a unique easter egg.

Anybody who has been to the city of Nantes (irl yes) may have heard or even seen it, what isnt told is that it is not the only gardian alive, only the most impressive, a few others are in expeditions around the world to show the engineering capabilities of the city of dukes (of Brittany), and even within the city itself, while the projext was never finished because the city put a stop to it eventhough it was nearly complete, they were a gigantic tree to be filled with various mechanical monstruosity that would serve as the cities secret boss

Ah yes, the big three at the beginning: Meowth, who teaches you that there are creatures actively out to get you in this world and who will not stop until you are dead. Then there’s duck, whose fight and interactions establish that not all of these creatures are mindless; like him, some are reasonable and can even be befriended and made into Allie’s. And finally Duck’s nemesis, King straddling Tone, an otherwise skippable boss fight that you have to defeat in order to complete Duck’s friendship quest, thus explaining the loyalty mechanic, arguably the most important mechanic in the game.
The Anti Cheat boss (the community has dubbed ????) Is actually able to be fought normally under a different name and has a different color scheme! Go to the Fanneirn orphanage at night, specifically on a full moon while using the charm you get from beating Mr.Bling (yes you HAVE to 100% the game) and you'll meet "Princess, the insatiable beast" attempting to get inside, its a secret boss that looks JUST like ???? But is completely black with minimal white details, possibly this is the actual look of ???? and it accidentally got incorrectly textured, but after its defeat depending on the route you'll now get one of three unique weapons based on the beast itself, or you can actually choose to let the beast inside the Orphanage where it'll gift you a INSANELY strong amulet that changes its effects based on your weapon type, efficiently making it the best in slot amulet for ANY weapon based build! You do also get 105% after doing everything with this boss (1% for the kill, 1% for helping, 1% each for each different route weapon obtained)
Chaos Cone, father of Lance, Prince of Cones. Ruler of the Traffic Kingdom. Imprisoned the King of Stoplights, the King of Cars, and the King of Signs. Ordered Lance, Prince of Cones to kill three pedestrians, but the young prince befriended them instead.
Personally, “I’m My Own Master Now” would’ve been a cliché, but slightly better fitting, theme for False Samurai Canine (although Blade Wolf does get Sam’s Masamune (I think I spelled that correctly)).

quick tip for Card-boardian, you can use fire damage to make him stop blocking, it makes him so much easier so if you do revenge path I suggest getting a fire spell

I think the whole path means you've taken what has hurt you and you've decided to stop what has hurt you I think the Path of Revenge or Revenge path basically means you've decided since the world has you you will hurt the world back I think the normal path is just you avenging someone and then just going to chill

The neutral path is really hard to unlock, because Fannerin is such an important area in the game.

The boxing woof's spin aoe sucks to go against and is super op... But as long as you stay in that aoe gap, it's pretty easy. If he didn't move so fast
