- sorry for the annoying noises that seem to go off randomly in the video the recording software I had to use was causing them to happen every time I clicked my mouse but anyway heres a step by step tutorial for those who found it too annoying to watch
1: open the tools tab on the xenoverse 2 skills creator and extract the skill files from a ingame skill
2:drag all of the emb files apart from the ones that have the word "pbind" or similar into emb pack one at a time
3:open each folder created by the emb pack and edit the dds image with paint.net or any other image editing software that supports dds files and recolor the files (sometimes there is a file that shouldnt be edited in the file as it will cause the infamous infinite loading screen bug)
4: when your done with the retexturing drag and drop all the folders into emb pack and they will update the emb files or make new ones if you deleted or made backups of them and there you have it.
5: this is completely optional and hard to explain s

The animations are somewhere in the files that where extracted from the game

Yeah in the files for the skills extracted 1 or 2 of the files usually contain the animation for the skills. I replaced darkness mixers animation with that of vanisher guard for my OC

I got the skill I wanted but when I equip it, it gives me the infinite loading screen. Was there something I missed, or could have been the behavior of the cac?

@@trungbui2811 I figured it out, there's a certain number you have to put on the UC_0/ section I normally put 32 so it reads.

Not working bro.. Skill is not showing in game after creating it.
You have to enable IDB and copy from skill to make it appear in skill shop.

I'm late but maybe others will see this but the damage for the specific skill is in the BDM file. I use xv2 xml serializer to edit the BDM file.

Just use Bdm organiser, it is the one that increases the damage
