My Friends Call Me Monster was one of my favourites back in Grade 6. I liked the whole transformation scene. One interesting thing about the cover art is that it has a striking similarity to Salvador Dali's Geopoliticus Child Watching the Birth of the New Man painting.
Honestly I liked the ghost dog howls and wizard of ooze but I really don't remember much about them as for og series beware the snowman is the easy choice I liked it to but I had trouble remembering who Conrad was as for my friends call me monster it's actually my favorite of the Horrorland series lol
I find it hilarious that 3 of them are the non-sequel horrorland books😂 this is a good list! I would add Fright Camp and Horrors of the Black Ring from Series 2000 in there. For the longest time its felt like only a couple of people I knew read those books with the majority putting them off Another banger video brotha god bless🔥
I got and read a bootleg copy of Horrors of the Black Ring not too long ago, just for the nostalgia. It gets off to a great start, but then really goes downhill IMO. The most memorable thing ends up being the bizarre dream with the MC killing ducks with her friends' heads on them. Also, you know people don't pay much attention to it because for some reason everyone started thinking that the title was changed to The Horror of the Black Ring after the first printing, which never happened.

I always thought the character on the cover of legend of the lost legend was Ivanna the viking girl who justin and marissa meet in that cabin and she is also the girl that they find out is really just a huge wind up toy and dou you remember the test that justin and his sister had to take in the fantasy forest? and do you also remember how the lost legend was in a silver chest? on the cover is Ivanna gaurding the lost legend with her foot on the chest so justin and maissa have to pass the test to get the lost legend or its that weird egg of truth that was also in a silver chest that luka gave them at first that Ivanna is gaurding on the cover

Lol I loved Scream School when I was younger. I guess it's the idea of having a horror movie director father and living in a mansion.
