    Instructions
    In a mug combine the following milk, egg, oil, vanilla, and salt. Mix until the egg is well beaten. Next add the flour, cocoa powder baking powder, and, sweeteners. Mix until well combined.
    Finally, add in chocolate chips and slightly stir. Microwave for 2
    minutes and 25 seconds. Let sit in the microwave for 1 minute to set and slightly cool.

    Instructions for Fudge Frosting
    Melt a stick of salted or unsalted butter in a small saucepan. Then add in the milk, vanilla, chocolate extract, sweetener, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips stir until well combined and the chips have melted. Next, blend the 2g guar gum, 1g espresso, and 1g of
    Dutch cocoa powder, stir into hot chocolate. After 1-2 minutes the
    chocolate may possibly separate from the butter. Remove from heat and add 1 1⁄2 Tablespoons of cold milk. Stir until the chocolate absorbs the butter. If the mixture doesn't separate still add the cold milk and stir. Done!

    How to store chocolate sauce:
    Pour into a mason jar and cool completely. Store sauce in fridge. To reheat the sauce remove lid and microwave for 12-17 seconds. Stir then use as you like.
    Note: If the sauce is not sweet enough stir in more powered sweetener after it has been softened for 12-17 seconds
