人口不是问题，印度拥有世界上最多的耕地，问题是人民的受教育程度。如果人民的受教育程度高，人口就会转化为人口红利，在一个优秀政府的领导下，国家就会迅速发展。如果人民的受教育程度低，那过多的人口就会成为发展的负担。中国早就停止限制出生人数了，相反，现在鼓励多生，如果某个家庭生了第三个孩子，会得到政府的一系列奖励和补助。
