Why the management change at 343 didn't save Halo

So over the past few months there's been alot of talk that the mass layoffs and management shift over at 343 somehow saved Halo and that with Pierre Hintze leading the studio things are somehow going to be Infinitely (no pun intended) better. This video exists to tell you why that's wrong.
