Is Halo Over?

With the mass layoffs at Microsoft heavily impacting 343 and Joe Staten's departure from the studio along with the state of Halo Infinite and just Halo as a whole many are claiming this is the end of Halo, I don't know I think there are several possible things that can happen at this point this is just my take weighing in based off of what we know so far.
