    Sir please answer a question:-
    If the size of hole equal to the size of shaft then the type of fitment will be:
    A. No fitment, B. Interference fit, C. Transition Fit, D. Clearence Fit

      If the size of the hole is equal to the size of the shaft, the type of fitment will be:
      C. Transition Fit
      Explanation:
      Transition Fit occurs when the shaft size and hole size are such that the fit could result in either a slight clearance or a slight interference, depending on the actual dimensions after machining. This type of fit is designed to allow some flexibility in the assembly.

    Sir snap gauge nominal size 25+-0.02 ke liye go aur no go size kya hogi? Please try to respond sir?

      @QualityHUBIndia  Месяц назад +1

      For a snap gauge with a nominal size of 25 ± 0.02 mm:
      GO size = 25 + 0.02 = 25.02 mm (upper limit)
      NO-GO size = 25 - 0.02 = 24.98 mm (lower limit)
      The GO gauge ensures the part fits within the maximum limit, while the NO-GO gauge ensures it doesn't fall below the minimum limit.

      Snap gauge is used to outside measurements so as per is 3455
      Go size 25.011+/- 0.002
      Wear limit= 25.020
      No go size 24.980+/- 0.002
