Great haul PMac! You got some great deals.
Thanks Tone Zone!
Nice haul Pmac, Hustle is a classic & have a great sunday.
I watched it recently. Idk, just not a big Burt Reynolds fan.
I picked up 6 titles on Blu: 2 Days in the Valley, Masquerade, A Fistful of Dynamite aka Duck You Sucker (w/slip), North Dallas Forty (w/slip), Leviathan (w/slip), and Joe Kidd (w/slip).👍
Very Nice. I own all of those except Masquerade. I do not have the Kino of Joe Kidd but have it on blu-ray in another set. Watched Leviathan recently and thought it was just okay. Glad I didn't get the 4k.
Only have one Kino so far and it’s Barton Fink. Just ordered Ronin and Circle which is a good sci fi film that was on Netflix for a while
Barton Fink is a great movie as is Ronin. Not sure what Circle is.
do you think your collecting is getting out of control pmac or do you just think of it as a hobby that makes you happy : )
I guess I am kind of conflicted about it. It doesn't give any sense of fulfillment. I enjoy it but it is more of a high than any sort of lasting fulfillment that I get from it. On the other hand, I don't really have any other vices. I don't get myself even close to any sort of debt from it. I think if I can really work towards selling off what I don't want to keep I will be in a lot better shape but the thing is it takes time, effort, and energy to sell stuff and I'm not in a position where I really need to sell for the money but maybe more of a space issue.
@@PMacMovies makes sense pmac seems like you spend sensibly and i agree selling movies you dont want is key simply because you will run out of space thanks for answering my question mate the psychology around collecting interests me : )
A least kino is better than mill creek ent. & Scratch factory
Lol yes Mill Creek is pretty weak but budget friendly. Scratch Factory has a lot of good stuff but quality and pricing are subpar. Kino can go either way in some regards. Their pricing for these sales is excellent. Some of their products are excellent and some are mediocre. They do use the same factory as Scratch Factory. As does Criterion.
