@roybarratt5609 Thank you Roy and buy a lot of films either way so at least you have recommended me some good ones rather than wasting my money on b movie horror shlock like I used to, arguably. The Paddington films are great fun

More excellent goodies there Tim, very nice indeed. I was really happy when Arrow announced the Clint Eastwood/Sergio Leone Westerns for 4K and Blu Ray, very excited to see them get proper restorations. I may even double dip and keep the Blu Rays at my parent's summer house. GBU is an all-time classic I'm sure you'll get enjoyment out of. It's a long one, but it's very well made and put together, not a boring moment to be had. The 178-minute version is the one to watch. Yeah, Tarantino has this annoying habit with the use of music, but I try to be forgiving as he does have a great passion for films. Mrs. Doubtfire is Robin Williams at his best, it truly was written specifically for him. Guillermo Del Toro is one of the best modern auteurs out there, and that he can do both mainstream blockbusters and equally entertaining more personal style films makes him amazing. I've seen clips of The Revenant and while DiCaprio is excellent, the real reason the Academy gave him the Oscar is because it wasn't a Martin Scorsese film. It kind of upsets me Dicaprio always wriggles his way into Scorsese's films, it's like he can only work with him, and it's not fair to Scorsese to have to carry him. Who Framed Roger Rabbit is one of my many childhood favorites, an excellent and entertaining film. A fun bit of Trivia on the film is that it was loosely based on a Crime Noir novel called Who Censored Roger Rabbit written by Gary Wolf. The book was set in in 1980's LA and Roger, Baby Herman, and Jessica were part of a population of toons who specifically posed for comic book serials. Eddie Valient is hired by Roger to find out why his bosses the DeGreasy Brothers won't let him star in his own comics series, and from there things get really interesting. The book is still in print and is a pretty good read. Sci-Fi is a genre I couldn't get into much, but I do like Mario Bava's Planet of the Vampires. The first Star Wars is the best, but the sequels, prequels, and spinoffs I just can't get into. The Christopher Reeve Superman, Michael Keaton Batman, and Gal Gadot Wonder Woman movies are my pics for superhero movies, most of the DCU and MCU is oversaturated with stuff. Take care buddy, hope you're well, and speak to you soon.

@tvnash Thank you, as usual I am astounded by your knowledge, trivia and well written comments. You always teach me something and have solid opinions and it means a lot that you take the time out to write such an eloquent reply. I didn't hate the recent Star Wars though they don't have a thing on the original trilogy. Interesting what you say about Who Framed Roger Rabbit, agree on Guilermo Del Toro. Thank you sir
