Can i connect the MiniLab when i use FL Studio Free Trial?
I dont understand, there is not explanation how to get the keyboard to a point where it does this - I can play the keys but there is no control of the DAW - what is the first steps to get that part set up

This video was useless as it never got around to explaining how to set this functionality up. In future I would prefer someone more knowledgeable about the product.
Was looking for an entry level keyboard and compared this to akai mpk mini 3. It was a very close call but FL Studio support for Arturia made the decisive point. Thanks for the content!
Would be nice to see support for older models too. I have minilab mk2 and have to use some getho 3rd party script to use it with fl studio.
Have the Keylab 66 mkII And would love backwards compatibility. What script are you using?
For those who are struggling with the keys not working, Make sure you download all drivers and up to date firm ware to the computer... and to also factory reset if your keys where used like mine. Close out of the install, and properly install the firmware in the midi control center you install while installing all drivers etc.. it will tell you turn the keyboard off and back on, then to click okay. You know you've done it right once the buttons on the left side of the keys start flashing (Chord, Trans, Oct -, Oct +) while its downloading. once its done, go back to your midi options on your DAW and reconnect!!!! whole lotta non sense but it worked for me

my 8 knobs and 4 faders are NOT Linked to my soundshaping tools in analog lab what should i do?
you're going to have to assign them yourself if they aren't already
hi for some reason it just doesnt work .
it works under midi setting "generic controller" setting(only the keys, knob and faders still doesnt work)
and it completely doesnt work when i chose the midi setting "arturia minilab 3" script

You would think since the majority of people use fl for beat making they would make it to where you can use the drum pads out side of FPC
I bought miniLab 3 because of the functions the video shows. I loaded FL-Studio Demo, but MiniLab 3 doesn't support that DAW out of the box. What to do?
dude for some reason (when im on fl studio) i can only use the keys to play kicks/claps/hihats etc. but nothing else works.For example my encoder doesnt change from a kick to a clap or to a hihat. it feels like i havent connected it to fl studio but im pretty sure i did connect it.Does anybody know whats wrong?

I made my pattern 1 as drums and pattern 2 to be bass, then i want to play pattern 2 and stop pattern 1, How can i do that ?

My encoder doesn’t move anything in Fl studio. The minilab 3 works with the sounds but doesn’t switch between sounds like shown in the video? Any suggestions?

What’s about mk2 ? Arturia should make FL studio script for mk2 we can’t throw in garbage we have to use mk2 till mk3 available in out county please do work on it make FL studio script for mk2
it is a script available in fl you just have to look for it in the drop-down that says "general controller" (yes I checked lol)
Arturia’s official script is available for fl studio got it man now i love my mk2 mini 🤗
I cant seem to get the faders to work with Analog Lab
put Arturia vst on channel 10 in setting (gear icon) I couldn't find it out either but now it works you will have to put it on channel 10 every time unless you make a template. i think

Okay so I registered my mini lab but fl studio isn’t reading any signals… is there something else I’m missing ?
The instruments become staticky once I use analog lab plugin ….
I am having issues connecting the mini lab 3 to FL Studio. The midi control center is unable to read the firmware version , when tried to upgrade it states "Could not get firmware revision" . unable to find any solution over this across net.

Hi im having problems with my mini lab 3, I have connected it with FL studio & the keys work and the drum pads are responsive but the faders and the main knob to select things just does not work at all do I have to enable something different for this ? ive been trying for days and still haven't found the solution :(

When I turn the black knob, nothing happens. FL gives me a green knob with a question mark. I cant flip through instruments as shown in this tutorial? What am I doing wrong? Using the default FL script and latest firmware.
My minilab display also doesn't show me what track I'm on. Playing keys does work though.
I am not able to navigate. Some functions are not working like rec, play, stop and repeat. Can you help?

Hope I don’t have to set midi channel to 10 for every new analog lab instance, would love to be able to set it globally or when the controller is used in fl studio. As otherwise it would be huge workflow annoyance
@Heath-Bounce You don't actually! Open Analog Lab, change the midi channel to 10. Then press the little arrow in the top left and "Save preset as..." and replace the .fst file in your main plugin folder. If you want to change the color of the plugin in the channel rack that saves within the file. Every time you open up Analog Lab from now on the midi channel will be set to 10 and the color of your choice. You're welcome!

My channel is set to 10,but it doesn't help. Can it be the problem of the midi scripts attached to instructions? Do I have to use them even if I have the latest version of fl studio? Seems like you know your stuff, I would very much appreciate your help. 🙂

Toll.. wegen diesem Video das Midikeyboard gekauft aber es funktionieren nur die tasten, Play und Pause. Der Rest muss anscheinend programmiert werden bzw Scripts geschrieben werden wovon man 0 ahnung hat. Das was man bei Arturia runterladen kann lässt sich nirgendwo installieren. Richtig asozial.

Can't make it work...unless I have the generic controller script on it doens't do anything smh and can't find any help online, I should've bought the older one...
i can not totally control fl studio:(
i did everything! upgraded firmware. extracted fl studio scripts. set same midi input and output... in midi settings the are minilab and 3 others in list (which are disabled) But in controller type there is no minilab 3. I also switched to DAW mode.
I can play notes and link to controllers.... but Shift+play/stop/rec and main knob are not working in daw.
Analog lab works fine. i use 20.9 version of fl studio
also, when i press Shift on minilab - knob with question mark blinks in fl studio

yeah maybe just not the step sequencer (which is just a nice to have) but I still use it to add synths etc
@@maartenpsion9036 Why? Easier to add directly to playlist header and get the routing done automatically.

What? I use the channel rack and step sequencer every time I make a beat in FL and so do many other producers I know.

А настройку цвета пэдов в стандартных пресетах daw и arturia вы не хотите сделать? Пользовательские пресеты бессмысленны, так как скрипт создан для стандартных пресетов daw и arturia, но только в пользовательских пересетах можно поменять цвет пэдов. Это ужасно! Я не хочу белые или синие. Я хочу свои цвета.

Using knobs on this device is so unproductive! They are endless encoders but they work as absolute knobs. If you enable the takeover function in FL (wich you should), you have to look at that tiny scren to see the absolute value of the encoder so you know in wich direction to turnit to reach the parameter actual value to take control over it and then you can adjust to the desired value. It's so contraintuitive and contraproductive... They updated the firmware and now you can put the encoders in relative mode under user presets but they didn't release a script with relative functions on the encoders for fl studio. I am so sorry that I bought this keyboard driven by the the fact that tere are endless encoders. 😟
