looks cool for the most part, the purposefully wrinkled epaulette and pocket flap looks kind of sloppy, imo, I prefer normally sewn things that will naturally wrinkle after years of wearing rather than forced imperfection by design like this
Hello, the Surplus Regiment Jacket is not waterproof. For more details regarding the specification, please click on the link in the description: mil1.st/20-2501-61UK
His jacket appears to fit as they always have. With plenty of room for layers and mobility while taylored for the body unlike many modern styles I bought three brandit ladies m65 standard jacket and none fit. All where abnormally small. I normally wear small as I have for many years. Brandits ladies m65 I bought in small then medium and then large and large has shorter sleeves and tail than medium. It appears to look smaller while have some more arm and chest room. Small is no room for my arms as too narrow and medium to narrow to wear I do not see what brandit makes smaller than normal sizes manufactures use I do not know what would fit unless I buy all size they make and most people would not do that
Hello, we are sorry to hear that the jacket is not as you expected. Please remember that the fit also depends on the style, the body shape, and the brand. To select the most suitable size, we advise you to measure the jacket you usually wear and refer to the size chart on our website.
Absolutely agree. This copy is 120£. The original jacket looks much better, has a genuine og-107 shade, sewed from better materials and costs almost time the same 120£ (except some jackets from early contracts which can cost much more just for its rarity). I bought one in a new condition for just 110£. It was produced by alpha industries in the 1981 following one of the latest contract of the og-107 color jackets.
@@Chrono194 i believe the more recent iterations of the actual m65 are actually poly-cotton, which some people don't like as it doesn't breathe as well as 100 % cotton, and also the zippers in some of the actual m65s were nylon, not brass, which is a downgrade in opinion.. i think you are giving too much credit to the "official" m65s... they were built by military contractors, who are often chosen because they put in the lowest bid, "military grade" is not a good thing to anyone who knows what it actually means. what it means is that whoever built it did so at the lowest cost possible.
@@Murtagh653 The M-65 were always made of nylon and cotton, the bronze closures are really fragile and they give off a somewhat unpleasant metallic smell and about the last thing, it only applies to the USA immo
Looks great, just be careful wearing it in a small town with an A- hole Sheriff!
He was just another drifter who broke the law!

@@Chrono194 that's pretty cool! Oh and the best part about the real original ones last longer too! Like 30 plus years!!
