For me it depends on the flow. If its a heavy flow, I get bad cramps and if its low I don't get any. Honestly I always have a hot water bottle and snacks on me cause they help me feel better. When you get it, always have a nice hot shower or bath and try reading, listening to music or watching anything you like as it can help you cheer up, even talk8ng to some one close. ( warning ⚠️ DON'T FLUSH IT. IT CAN CLOG THE TOILET. ) and, just to keep note, I'm no professional doctor or anything. tip; DO NOT wash with soap. I made this mistake when I was little and it hurt like hell. You can wash some parts, but others are rly sensitive.
same sometimes my aunt would wash INSIDE and it burns :(
