BROUGHT A VAN TO STEAL. CAUGHT ON CAMERA TRYING AND FAILING!! TNV-7474

I guess this idiot is new to the stealing business and does not know about patrols. He tried and failed. He saw the light and fled up Mockingbird at high speed. We got his plates though (Texas TNV-7474) Right side cargo door has large scrape marks. He brought the big van. The first place he went was to the steps of the trailers. I guess that's why he brought the big van. He wanted to clean up on the stealing. You failed!! You get to hear the theme song to Cops!!!!
