- Puto bumbong is a type of Filipino rice cake which is prepared by steaming ground glutinous rice mixture traditionally inside a bamboo tube. This recipe is so easy to make that doesn't need a bamboo tube steamer
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp ube flavoring
grated coconut
muscovado sugar
condensed milk
