I can definitely relate to being the mom friend. I know this might be a different request, but I’ve wondered what a normal practice day might look like for you. Could you do a vlog on a practice and show how you prepare, warm up, practice, and cool off? I’m looking for new ways/tips for practicing. 💕
I love that suggestion! I've thought about doing a practice vlog a few times, but may have to wait until I have a gym space again or improvise nowadays, but I would love to share my practice methods with everyone!

This was really helpful!! I'm trying out as a majorette for my middle school team and I wanted to know what kind of stuff I should keep in my twirling bag! (Also what to keep in my twirling bag in general, not just the school team lol) The knee pads are smart, I have weak knees, I've sprained them many times and even dislocated one of them before and i'm always cautious about them so thanks for giving me the idea!
I like to keep a baton bag and a dance bag, which is a duffle bag. There is a lot of stuff in there, including yoga blocks, jazz shoes etc. I always keep extra baton tape and snacks too, everyone knows me as the "mom friend!'

I’m the “mom friend” because my Mom keeps putting things I *might need* in my baton bag--sunscreen, hand sanitizer (even before COVID), kleenex, BiOFREEZE, make-up wipes and other hygiene things, change of clothes, and a plethora of other things that magically appear in my baton bag.😂
BIOFREEZE is a life-saver!!! What would we do without our moms?!?! lol :)
