I love how all the bedrooms have ocean views and bathrooms, I also love the vaulted ceilings and open living area. The master bath and closet are really nice. The only thing I didn’t care for was that backsplash in the kitchen, to me it just didn’t go with the countertops ( that is a pretty easy fix though). The outdoor area is what really puts this over the top, that whole lanai and pool area is spectacular!

Great house. Bit of an odd layout with the guest rooms and their bathrooms and entrances, but no big deal. The lot is fantastic, well landscaped, and love all the fruit trees.
Very nice home! I love the cabin like feel of the living area! Wide open is the way to go... Those counters would have to grow on me though!lol!

Oh that tub by the window too!!! Agree that outdoor area is top notch. Gotta be honest I usually scroll by homes that are 1000 ft or higher elevation because I worry about mold becoming a problem? But this one definitely got my attention! Is this one sold furnished?

I honestly thought this was way out in the hills of Waimea when you started off - it just looked so expansive!
But it's in a development in Kona, that is surprising - because everything about this home is generous.

A really nice place with an amazing view, I like the Norfolk Pines in the view TBH. It would need some updating in terms of style. Is PV difficult to install with that sort of roof?

Amazing home! I'm one of the folks that asked about the chain downspouts in your other videos but now I'm curious about the pots. Does the water just collect in there or does it actually lead out to the sewer?
There are holes in the bottom of the pots, they just drain to the ground.
Beautiful home. The great room did it for me. The high ceiling was great and then to have that outdoor area with a great sized pool. A little disappointed no mention of any solar. I can’t imagine what the electric bills are like between the pool and hot tub. Great price though!

Spacious home but surprisingly only three bedrooms. Paint the interior and replace the rugs . I think the furnishings are hurting the listing.

It's accessible, it's just steep for some people.

Mike, I saw the annual tax is $7,606 which is ~.3%. Is it missing a number? In Virginia that tax is average 1.x%
Our taxes for owner occupants are pretty low. Additionally we have numerous exemptions that lower the assessed value depending on age and other personal circumstances.

I'm not sure that's the case. I think they like their furniture.
