I'm not a 100% sure, but I think what they mean by "Fine Curls" has more to do with your hair being fine... Like, red-head curls, where the strand of hair itself is uber fine! I don't think this has to do with the size of the curl itself...
I believe the fine curls line is for looser curls and the curls line is for more curly hair. The fine curls line is super lightweight. I prefer the other line.
P sure fine curls means that each strand of hair is fine. (Look up fine vs coarse hair). Typically, products for fine hair will be more lightweight as to not weight down the hair.
