Although I love the new projections, I do wish (hehehe) that in the beginning they did more than just some sparkling stars, specifically in the part where the Disney characters recite their wishes and Walt's speech, but its still a wonderful show thats leagues better than Disneyland Forever
The new version is a major improvement over the original...though I do wish they would have been able to hide Tink's Trolley better and that they would have figured out a way to simulate the Giant Pinwheels during the Laughing Place segment.
I usually love the curb too since it gets just over the heads and sometimes just above the kids on the shoulders too...only thing to watch out for are the annoying balloons...from what I understand they've expanded the reserved seating to the right of the castle along the curb as well so that area is no longer available for us commoners...
Awesome recording! Also, I bet you they're cooking up a new fireworks show, since the Main Street Electrical Parade is leaving soon, Star Wars Land coming up, and the SMASH SUCCESS of Happily Ever After in WDW. They're going to give us a new one soon :)
that'd be cool, maybe not for the castle's fireworks show, but in star wars land alone it would be awesome! either way, I'm excited for when they bring the new tech over!
Briana .H and y'all have basically Wishes with projections, and people are complaining (I wish they'd grow up and accept the change) that the music and emotion isn't good on this new show. A new show can't have emotion but hold on to what you have before you lose it
What I really like about this from Wishes and Happily Ever After at WDW, is this it's based off of the PARK and that's what the focus of the show is about, where as the other two shows at WDW are more movie based and I don't like that much.
Megan Woodard DL visitors may prefer Remember because its about the park, but most people outside California dont care about the history and evolution of Disneyland. Most people around the world recognize the movies, so it makes sense that Wishes (which is in Disney World, a world class destination) is about movies and not attractions
Wishes is by far a better show than this A lot of DL fans find Remember to be superior because “the show is about the park”. You need to understand that Disneyland is a small local park that mainly attracts nearby residents, who visit regularly and care about the history and evolution of the park. Disney World is a world class destination, and 60% of visitors there are not even American; people from around the world dont care about the history or sections of the park, they care about the movies. Actually most people from outside of the US dont know Disneyland even exists, most think that there’s just WDW So basically, Remember only works in Disneyland where people can understand the soundtrack, but Wishes can be appreciated by any person (not just Californians) and thats why it remained untouched for so long. The soundtrack of Wishes is also more dramatic and emotional (Beauty and the Beast and Hercules beat the Tiki Room song). And last but not least, Remember is a copy of Wishes, and Id rather see an original show than just a replica of something succesful
Ok this comment you made triggered me a little bit but ima try to be nice, here it what I have to say Dude... Disneyland isn’t just a local resident them park in Anaheim, it is literally one of the hugest theme park in the world and people from all around the world go to California just to visit Disneyland, and disneyworld is pretty cool, but it will never get that amazing feeling you have at Disneyland, and what you said about the firework show, I do not honk this is a copy of the wishes firework show from WDW. Although it is similar it is still a very original firework show
This is NOT just a copy of Wishes, sure it may have the beginning and end of Wishes, but it's so much more original than that. And at least it doesn't just straight up clone the fireworks, a la Disney Illuminations and Ignite The Dream
And _actually,_ most people think that Disney World is Disneyland, often calling the former the latter, which means that most people have knowledge of Disneyland's existence
This will always be the best firework show in my opinion.
My favorite firework show is either Magical or Together Forever
Mine is wishes
Happily ever after?????

Awesome placement, it looks perfect
1 of the best shows at Disneyland !!!!!!!! ❤️🏰🌠
At that last song, wishes fans everywhere shed a tear
This is best show ever at dinesyland
I first saw this show back in 2007. Great video! I got a little emotional watching. Thanks for the memory.
I love the new projections on the castle !
Carissa Gc They're really great!
But I like the old classic firework show. Where the castle only changed simple colors. But it is still more spectacular.
The Music after the firework show is my favorite. ❤️❤️
Nice!
awesome video
This made me cry. I love Disney so much. I can never get enough. Proud AP holder ❤️❤️✨
Nice video! You stood at the perfect place!
Passholder Posts Thank you!!!
12:12 tag yourself, I'm the person who is dancing at the bottom of the screen 😹
I'm the huge pinwheel fireworks on the sides of the castle.

John Williams bless your soul
Nice Video!

This is a great video
Aaron Ramun Thank you! I appreciate it! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Thank you for sharing :) How did you go about these seats? I know reserved is up there as well.
Brianna Hanover I was actually standing on the curb right next to the reserved area.
I usually love the curb too since it gets just over the heads and sometimes just above the kids on the shoulders too...only thing to watch out for are the annoying balloons...from what I understand they've expanded the reserved seating to the right of the castle along the curb as well so that area is no longer available for us commoners...

Briana .H I'm sure they are. There were rumors of an all Star Wars firework show but I'm not sure how reliable the source of this info is
that'd be cool, maybe not for the castle's fireworks show, but in star wars land alone it would be awesome! either way, I'm excited for when they bring the new tech over!
Briana .H it's basically the same technology just more advanced, Happily Ever After is basically Magic Kingdoms Disneyland Forever
Briana .H and y'all have basically Wishes with projections, and people are complaining (I wish they'd grow up and accept the change) that the music and emotion isn't good on this new show. A new show can't have emotion but hold on to what you have before you lose it
Briana .H and the fireworks in this show are already similar to Happily Ever after
What's the song at 10:45
I do believe it's called "Oh Shenandoah," but I could be wrong.
w h e r e??? i love it 😍

Megan Woodard I agree! Which is why I think this show has been an all time fan favorite

Megan Woodard both are still great though.

The beginning is literally the same thing to Wishes but with a different narrator.
That narrator is Julie Andrews. Have some respect
They need to add bigger fireworks. The small ones aren’t cutting it.
ショーは素晴らしいけど、普通に目の前に人通ったり、風船光ったの通ったり。そんなの日本じゃありえない。そこら辺徹底してほしい。

luuchoo G And IMO happily ever after (Magic Kingdom’s new-ish fireworks show) is even better than wishes!
