Just came back from HongKong, got to say this is the best Disney fireworks, goosebumps, tearing feeling, good song, effects were on point, castle light transition is great, ending fireworks is spectacular. If you love fireworks/lightshow got to visit this.
This show was breathtaking in person. HKDL is probably the most underrated Disney Park, but, with Momentous, Mystic Manor, and the new Frozen land opening later this year, it's really giving some of the other parks a run for their money.
Held myself together for not watching any spoilers and stuff because I wanted to watch it in real life first. I’m so glad I did, I watched it last night and I almost cried when it got to Remember Me. Coco is such a touching movie and the whole show is just stunning, Love the Memory is also such an amazing song. Thank you Hong Kong Disneyland, watching it again twice next week!
I watched it last night for the first time and I cried after the thing ended.. I walked towards the exit n was crying so badly. And when the staff waved goodbye I cried even harder
This show is so simple, yet so well done. The music is perfect, the pacing is amazing, and while I wish it had a bit more pyro, the overall show is just magical. Puts Harmonious to shame in my opinion.
nah harmonious is incredible imo however this absolutely BLOWS enchantment out of the water, so glad WDI are still producing good castle shows after all
Harmonious and Enchantment were done in house, that’s why. This production and others like Happily Ever After were outsourced to Mousetrappe, the industry leader in projection mapping and show design. You can go to their website and see which shows they’ve done for Disney.
I cheered, audibly, in my living room when I saw Pooh Bear. Pooh’s my favorite character, and I so wish we saw him more in these shows. Such a cuddly little bear of very big heart.
No but Hong Kong Disney castle has everything. It's all the castles and shows in one place. We have the projector from fantastic and the fountains from Disneyland Paris! Stunning!!!❤🔥

Being A 10R iPhone owner, finding out this was recorded on an I13 impressed the hell out of me. Anybody else ugly happy cry while watching this? That's it, Making it a point to go to Hong Kong Disney to see these fireworks. WDW had better step up their game because Hong Kong Disneyland is throwing down some major competition.
Bravo! So happy HKDL has this. Best show they’ve produced in so long! The pacing, the arrangements, the elements. The theme song is so catchy and packs such an emotional connection too. Hope to see it used stateside too someday. 🥹
Each Disneyland have its own things. Momentous was designed 5 years ago even before the castle was finished being build. It’s clear that the show was for HKDL only.

I wouldn’t say it is impossible we may here the song reused somewhere else given Disney’s history of recycling songs for other shows. “Live the Magic” from Disneyland’s Diamond Celebration is reused for Tokyo’s current fireworks show, “Good Time” was used in multiple parks for Mickey’s 90th, Shanghai and Paris borrowed a similar theme for their castle shows at different points, and DCA’s Lunar New Year seasonal special “Hurry Home” took a theme from Shanghai’s opening. One past instance, “Remember the Magic” was repurposed for use in Tokyo, WDW, and now lives on as the holiday fireworks theme at Disneyland. 😄 Though it isn’t uncommon for them to reuse compositions, there are examples of them not doing that also, for instance “Happily Ever After” isn’t used anywhere else. Could be the same with “Love the Memory”. ☺️ Sorry for the long reply! All this to say, I hope the same team is charged to design and coordinate future shows globally. Just went to Disney last week! I came here to rewatch coz I watched the show with all my attention without recording it! It was epic! Last last time, when I went to HK Disneyland, it was only parade, no Firework show :( It was my 2nd time going to Disney and it was always magical! ✨✨✨

OMG! i felt if HE were back again! OMG, i'm so excited to see this, is my favorite shw that i have been seen so far. i feel bored at same time because i know that something like this won´'t be happen never at WDW never.
So so so good, definitely better than Enchantment, it has some of that Happily Ever After magic, can’t wait to go to HK and see it live, hopefully it will stay for a long time❤
In other videos of "Momentous" Fireworks Show, you cannot see the spotlights at all! But in this iPhone 13 pro camera, you could see it VERY clearly well done!
One of the best Disney Fireworks shows that should've been in USA! My only complaint is that Pixar Cars isn't in, but overall ain't bad! I live in Hong Kong so I'm glad we have this lol
I just noticed this but on the front of the castle theres a bit of a resemblance of the original hong kong castle, the sleeping beauty caste. absolutely amazing show
The documentary mentioned: Imagineers are not dare to tear down Walt's Iconic Castle, the Sleeping Beauty Castle. There are no history of tear down Disney's Castle in the theme park before. As honor to the castle and Walt, the team decided to make some adjustments and built upon it. That;s why during its construction, they mentioned Castle Make Over
For me paris has the most beautiful castle but the new castle in hong kong is definitely the second most beautiful off all the disney castles! ( in my opinion ) i realy love the new design!

The good things is every games in HK Disney don’t have a long queue. And every people very polite and welcome foreigners. The atmosphere is wonderful.
The last part gives me goosebumps every single time, no matter watch it on live or on camera.

Yea, they kept some of the Sleeping Beauty castle and built upon it. I noticed it in a short documentary on the new castle
They didn’t actually tear down the castle, they just painted it again and built upon it.
The front is the same castle lol they just built more behind the old one 😂
