Thank you for showing your room Can you please answer this question of mine I want to know if there is an AC in room??also do you have convinent store in dorm as other universities?
Bathrooms were cleaned very often! Sometimes people don’t flush.. but there are several stalls so you can switch over. Overall though, very hygienic for a communal bathroom! Also, each floor had two bathrooms, so usually half of the floor uses one while the other half uses the other!
@@raniellabiancacoronado5318 each room is very well heated. To the point where when I got there it was way too hot, so I cracked open the window in winter 😂
pastelbaek no I didn’t! So once you get into a dorm, you can’t go into another dorm. The 4 person dorms I believe are in Hwahong Hall, but I was in the New International dorms. Even then, I mostly heard of foreigners having two-person rooms
and how was the transportation? from the website it looks like it’s in the middle of nowhere lol sorry for all the questions, this is the only helpful thing i’ve found about ajou!
pastelbaek hi again! No problem, ask away! Haha Suwon is a bit far away so you usually allocate like 1-2 hours of traveling to and from places like Hongdae, Myeong-Dong, etc. but that’s also a normal amount of time traveling around. I actually really liked Ajou’s location because it’s like a break from the busy city of Seoul. There’s so many trees and greenery on campus versus the Seoul where you barely find a patch of grass 😅 but it depends on you and what you like! I loved my time at Ajou so I am a little biased 😆
Hey thank you for the video. Can I please ask, when you apply to the dorm, do you get to specify if you want to live with Koreans or other internationals ? Or since it is international dorm, there is only international students? Also, I heard you mentioned that your roommate has a mini fridge, does that mean we are allowed to get that for our room? Thank you.
Hi there! When you apply, you can specify if you want a Korean roommate or an international roommate! They do their best to match with who you pick :) I also wouldn’t recommend bringing your own mini fridge. There’s a shared fridge in the common room that you can label your stuff and keep there instead! My roommate was also Korean, so she’s going to stay there long term. For me, I was only there for a semester so it isn’t worth the money to either bring or buy a mini fridge

did you get a chance to see the 4 person dorms at all? I don’t think I’ll get the option of a two person
