OMG it's wild hearing my name in the video, Aaron really cares about inspiring others. I can't express how encouraged I am right now, I watched this video just on time because I actually have a meet tomorrow and feeling so nervous because I feel so tired this week. By the way, I PRed last meet by 0.6 seconds, a great leap towards the goals that I commented under another video. THANK YOU AARON! P.S: the core workout is really nice! Keep grinding -🥋
Didn’t really start running track until I got to college, I ran a few meets after football practice literally went out after a squat day and just lined up with no blocks…I had no idea about phases, patients, maintenance, control, low heel recovery, power sprinters V’s frequency ones nor did I have knowledge on Lactic which was helllll and still is but boi did I learn on so got here and man I’ve learned a lot…Setting up to do some good things soon
love the video!!! could you please make a video on meal planning? i feel like lots of athletes who watch your videos would agree that a video on meal planning would be amazing! love you Aaron!!
How did you make the transition to go pro, I know your not an agent or coach. However any advice will help, I am a Jumper with a PB of 10.23 and a LJ PB of 7.69m. I am an unattached college athlete.
@@kingsleysc Would you be able to do a video taking us through what you typically do to warm up, right from the time you get out of your car and step on the track to the point where you're ready to put the spikes on and run at top speed?
I'm not exactly sure how you would make a video on this but I'm getting so frustrated that I can't get close to my pr. I ran a 12.08 but now I'm getting 12.3's
Hey man I’m struggling because I’m in this mental of “ if I started track before I would be the best”. I feel like I started to late (junior year of high school) and I’m worried that this year and senior year isn’t enough, also I’ve really enjoyed it I’m sad for it to end I keep thinking about it. Any advice for this problem
Yeah man I understand the frustration and worry but what’s done is done. You just have to put in more work to catch up to those who have been doing it longer. I suggest joining a track club in the summer. Like I said in the video, results aren’t linear so there is no guarantee you would be the best if you started before. Just make the most of the now and focus on being the best you today!
@@kingsleysc 😂 Ik but joke's aside I want help with my finishing kick at the end of my long distance races ik that's out of your ballpark but I'm looking for some advice. 😇

Thanks again for the feedback! Hope you killed it at your meet, good luck with the rest of your season 👊🏾

Great idea 👍🏾 I’ll add it to the list
I am year 10 in the UK, so what would be freshman year and my PBs are 12.5 and 26.1. I'm not happy with them so I have an excuse to improve
Go for it 👍🏾
Make a video about the block start, how to get out explosive !
very funny and relatable intro👀
Hah thanks!
Great vid and I also got Streamline when you did your first vid on them wish that vid had a 10 percent discount code😭
Ah dang! Appreciate the view, hopefully you still got value from streamline athletes
Very cool video! really interesting ❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Can you make a video on how to find a good track coach or trainer for the offseason?
I will definitely add this to the list 👍🏾
I’m in 8th grade and have only timed 1 100m so my pb is 11.56
That’s fast for that age, keep going 👍🏾

Find a agent and train club
Any supplements
Aaron, have you come across any current elite sprinters who begin their warm-up with about an 800m jog?
I haven’t. Most I’ve seen is 400m. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen
That sounds like a high school warm up.

How to improve it😂
Love you sir for india ❤️
Run 3x 130m with 10min break in between sets
Quality video. You should hire a thumbnail designer though - I only clicked because I recognized your name.
Thanks for watching and appreciate the feedback! The bigger I grow, the more resources I will have to reinvest back into the channel 💯
the wind reading in this video was over +2.0ms
Lol it was windy as hell outside
