    I know this was posted awhile ago, but I just started track at my high school I’m doing 100 sprints and pole vault. And because of the covid cases rising it seems we’re gonna have to go back virtual or have no practice. Definitely gonna do some of these, I really liked doing the 2nd set, thanks for the encouragement!

    Is it true when sprinting the arm comes forward by itself after driving it back?

      This is more about core so I don’t think the legs will get bigger

      I would think every day is best. Give the body some rest. Or you could break it up and change up the exercise each day
