And because of the covid cases rising it seems we’re gonna have to go back virtual or have no practice. Definitely gonna do some of these, I really liked doing the 2nd set, thanks for the encouragement!

I would think every day is best. Give the body some rest. Or you could break it up and change up the exercise each day
