OMG. I have had collar bone issues since lifting in college. I still love to lift (58 years old) but the shoulder and collar bone pain is so intense. I did this once and feel better than I have in years. I can't wait to watch and work more of your vids. Thanks so much!!!

I was facing this issue for a while now to a point where I couldn’t move right arm infront of my body. I tried the first 3 exercises and within 2-3 minutes the pain was gone!! Thank tou so much

Buddy iam having a bit swelling and pain in my right collar bone after chest workout i was having a bit pain from 1 month but after today,s chest session iam having a swelling and pain in collar bone pls reply😅
How often should I be doing this? I got this exact problem, I can go days without shoulder pain but anything strenuous and the after pain flares up. Literally so frustrating because I can't lift heavy
This is something that you can use pretty regularly. If you find that the tissues are a little sore after doing it you can give it a day in between but honestly the goal is to get to point where you can place the pressure there from the dowel and move freely with little to no discomfort. If you want feel free to shoot me a DM on IG and I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot (@jacksantorafitness)
If your bench is exacerbating the problem you may want to take a step back and ensure the mechanics are solid. If they are you may want to use alternative exercises to train your chest as you work to resolve the collarbone pain. If you'd like to troubleshoot it with me feel free to shoot me a DM on IG (@jacksantorafitness)
I haven't seen anyone else address this. Thank you!
My pleasure! I hope you find it helpful.

Is it safe to still bench press if you have this pain?
