Even though my work permit came late, yes, I paid my taxes this year.. Some immigrants rent delivery accounts and this causes account holders to pay taxes

Hello sir first of all I really appreciate your helpful Information, I have a question I hope you can answer it, I entered the USA from Mexico border about 1 year ago and submitted my asylum to USCIS, that time my wife and my son were not here but recently they entered the USA from Mexico border and with CBP1, and they have notice to appear and they have court on 15 of May. But my asylum is an affirmative one with USCIS and they were mentioned as my dependents on my case too. my question is that they were not in the USA and their information on my form i-589 needs to be updated like SSN, Address, dates of entry, their Parole number etc... should I write to USCIS about this issue or should I wait my interview date ( they didn't give me any dates yet) then explain it that day. The second question is what will happen to our asylum will they join the family together or will we be separated
I will be very grateful for your help 🙏🏻

The law is you need to seek asylum within 1 year of your entry but you can still do it after 1 year but you need to have a solid reason not easy though
