    I watched this video last night and didn't have time to try the advice on hammer-ons and pull-offs until this morning. After about twenty minutes of practice, I can already see an improvement in both and the bit about making a J movement for the pull-off has definitely helped to clean up my sounds. Thanks for the great video!

    Thank you! I’ve never heard that pull off trick of trying to land on the string below. I’ve been getting unwanted string noise and looked for solutions, but this is the most concrete answer I’ve seen. Will give this a try.

    I barely ever comment on any video at all and i'm not sure how I landed here, but i'd like to thank you , i'm trying to learn Electric Guitar only through youtube, trying to learn the songs I enjoy and what-not and I couldn't get pull-offs right, and your tips fixed it in 30s. Thank you.

    A great song to practice pull offs and hammer ons as there are only a couple is the opening to Pink Floyds Wish you were here
