Trust me this kind of attraction isn't that terrible, your stomac move but you don't get nausea like in a rollercoaster, it's just a little painfull for your shoulders... having the head reversed isn't a problem at all, you don't even realize it, it'es also very smooth compare to a rollercoaster and more confortable for your head that just never move from left to right :)
FoxMaster oh god I adore roller coasters and I usually never get sick because of any but this ride was the worst thing I've experienced in my entire life. I actually saw stars in front of my eyes and I felt so sick afterwards I couldn't even eat lunch. The motions are really really fast (they look way more harmless than they actually feel) and it throws you from one direction to the other. When my friend and I took the ride we sat on the backside and the worst part was when they left us hanging with the head pointing towards the floor for a couple seconds, I used my legs to actually stay in the seat properly because I would've moved up if I didn't (my friend actually did) It's definitely not a ride I would underestimate even if it doesn't look that bad, maybe it was just me but the worst ride I've ever been on (not in terms of technology or snything but as in experience) and I definitely do not feel the need to do it again^^
I've been to Phantasialand a few times as a child living in Germany. That park has really stepped up its rides. I've been saying I want to go back to visit.
when my dad was stationed in Germany we went here all the time. Im telling you this ride is amazing. A little spooky tho since that guy is yelling in your ears.
Carson Marain The Wipeout? I live close to QLD, and it is quite similar. I went to Queensland in January, but it was closed. Not like I care. Dreamworld and all that are boring.
Lol ok, Great Adventure has this identical ride. The only difference is the decorations / flames, and this one is a longer duration. Everything else is identical.. been on it 15 times.
+lilacshine9 Its the top spin by "HUSS Park Attractions", with decoration. A few hundred of these exist. This, specifically, is the suspended top spin. Cheaper knock-offs also exist, but this sounds and looks like the original.
What do you think why it's called one of a kind? It's not about the ride itself, it's the theming that they're refering to...of course you can find this kind of ride (Top-Spin) in basicaly every park, but with this kind of theming, which in my opinion is absolutely stunning, it's one of kind! And Phantasialand is doing a brilliant job at theming their park ,just look at Klugheim vor example. Get why it's called 'one of a kind' now..?
This is just the same as Ripsaw at Alton Towers in the UK, apart from at Alton Towers you actually get soaked by the water. Not that scary to be honest but fun!
I am a nurse by profession and doing post mortem care for patients who just died didn't scare me, but this kind of rides i will surely die. These people are very brave 👏👏👏
It isn't a scary ride, it's a fun ride as everything else is in there (besides some stuff for the kids) The thing that makes this odd for the first time you ride it, is that some people hype it as scary and that you may clench your balls if you don't sit properly.... besides that it's fun and good (depending on the program they use - this is a weaker set of rolls sometimes they do 7- 10 back to back roles, which really becomes interesting)
I love how every other comment is basically "We have this exact ride at home, only without the fire, the water, a different ride program, no theming and the rows aren't arranged like that!"
i had a dream last night i was in this ride (not scary) it was so realistic and the loops too... then at the end it cracked and it stopped and the music was out. (there was a powercut or a malfunction. i think malfunction) then i woke up. i had pain in my upper back. now i have neck problems. WTF o-o

+Blackagar Boltagon Yep. In Chicago at Six Flags Great America it was called 'King Chaos'. Same ride, same hardware. Different paint job and slightly different ride cycle(swing pattern). It's.. not that intense, really.

They have that ride at Alton towers, minus all the fire and aztec stuff, it's called Ripsaw. the only difference in layout is Ripsaw has both rows of seats facing forward and this one has them back to back. there is another copy called Firefall in California =P This variant looks way more awesome though! =D I wonder how many there are dotted around the world, it's always fun to see the same ride dressed up in different ways XD
Ripsaw is a Top Spin, this is a suspended Top Spin. The difference is that (as you already said) the rows are both facing forward, and Ripsaw has a floor. Talcocan is floorless (in my opinion way better). Btw. I'm not sure but i know 35 Top Spins around the world. :-)

Ive been on one of these. Not quite this fancy, but the being flipped in all directions is quite a sensation.
Every time the machine makes
squeaky sound, that makes me nervous... but looks great and very unique.
Kinda boring a bit, but its okay. Not unique though, they had a ride just like this in ohio in the early 90s.

Yep. In Chicago at Six Flags Great America it was called 'King Chaos'. Same ride, same hardware. Different paint job and slightly different ride cycle(swing pattern). It's.. not that intense, really.

They have that ride at Alton towers, minus all the fire and aztec stuff, it's called Ripsaw. the only difference in layout is Ripsaw has both rows of seats facing forward and this one has them back to back. there is another copy called Firefall in California =P

Ripsaw is a Top Spin, this is a suspended Top Spin. The difference is that (as you already said) the rows are both facing forward, and Ripsaw has a floor. Talcocan is floorless (in my opinion way better).
Btw. I'm not sure but i know 35 Top Spins around the world. :-)

This ride looks so similar to one called the Crypt. Crypt is located at Kings Dominion in the Safari Village.
They were both Suspended Top Spins by Huss. Siblings, so to speak. The color palette and effects were also kinda similar.
