Dr. Shmuel Brenner discusses environmental peace negotiations from Oslo and beyond with Eliza Mayo, Deputy Director of the Arava Institute. Dr. Brenner, a long-time Arava Institute faculty member, served as the head of the Israeli environmental delegation in the bilateral Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations between 1995 and 2000 and was responsible for the environmental article in the Oslo Accords.
