What are you tilting trim at for top speed? Curious.... Twin 350's on a 27ft fishing boat. Got her to mid 60's, specs say 74 , but they prob tested it with limited fuel and stripped, loaded with toys

2 engines would have worked decent, and with the same amount of fuel one could most likely go twice as far between fill ups. 800Hp is BETTER!
Actually it's only around .1mpg less with 4 300's instead of 3
800hp to power a 39, the lowest is 900 and thats low

Id rather have a couple 572s they are way faster and you dont have bunch of ugly outboards on the back
