    Hello i tried your recipe, but i need some advice. When it came out of the steamer, it was very moist/ gooey on the top and bottom layers and in the middle its dry.... what could have gone wrong? Can i salvage it? Thank you!

      @@marichiu1808 I believe diameter. 6” round pan. Height is about 2-3”.

    I made this twice in 2 days and it didnt come out either time. It was very mushy with no structure. I used brand new yeast and mochiko and followed the recipe to the letter.

    Do we use 1 tbsp oil as per video or ½ tbsp oil as per recipe to be added into the batter?
