I was told that I needed to bring the defective charger into Costco and they’ll give me a loaner for the five days a new charger comes in for my pickup. Resound doesn’t repair but replace with a brand new one.
This just happened to me, but my charge ports were filthy so I'm going to see if that's the issue for me. Hopefully you've found a solution for your hearing aid.
I just called them- you won't find this anywhere, push the big button on the front of the hearing aid and hold for 30 seconds, then put in the charger. I realize that your question was a year ago, but I just saw it, hopefully it's not too late.

Very disappointed charger not working after 1 yr warranty. Had to reset every time to recharge, which is very troublesome.
I have one hearing aid that isn't working even though they are both fully charged. How can I fix that issue?

How did you fix it? I have cleaned the port and the aid. It won’t charge in either side.
The 5th lite does not come on so right one only charges 80%
Resound Service is only available in very few countrys
They are very sencitive and do not last long. . Not my first choice

That stupid brush was useless in cleaning hearing aids charging recess.
Use a Q-Tip instead
Get rid of the MUSIC,,, cant hear her soft voice!!!!!!
