- In this video the Hearing and Tinnitus Center of Dallas Fort-Worth walks through the steps to troubleshoot charging issues for ReSound brand hearing aids and chargers. These instructions can be used for the following hearing aid models and their respective chargers: Quattro, Key, and ONE. The reset button did the trick for me. I've had my hearing aids for years and didn't know the button even existed! Thank you very much. 👍

I was told that I needed to bring the defective charger into Costco and they’ll give me a loaner for the five days a new charger comes in for my pickup. Resound doesn’t repair but replace with a brand new one.

Very disappointed charger not working after 1 yr warranty. Had to reset every time to recharge, which is very troublesome.
The 5th lite does not come on so right one only charges 80%
I have one hearing aid that isn't working even though they are both fully charged. How can I fix that issue?
This just happened to me, but my charge ports were filthy so I'm going to see if that's the issue for me. Hopefully you've found a solution for your hearing aid.

How did you fix it? I have cleaned the port and the aid. It won’t charge in either side.
Resound Service is only available in very few countrys
They are very sencitive and do not last long. . Not my first choice
Nothing wrong either the charger but the right hearing aid not charging
I just called them- you won't find this anywhere, push the big button on the front of the hearing aid and hold for 30 seconds, then put in the charger. I realize that your question was a year ago, but I just saw it, hopefully it's not too late.
That stupid brush was useless in cleaning hearing aids charging recess.
Use a Q-Tip instead
Get rid of the MUSIC,,, cant hear her soft voice!!!!!!
