The Hearing and Tinnitus Center of Dallas-Fort Worth is a local and Veteran-owned independent practice that was founded in 2009 by Dr. Paula Land. At the Hearing and Tinnitus Center, our patient-centered approach to hearing care allows us to focus on and cater to our patients' unique hearing care needs. Thankss!! its been 2 days my charger is not working. I found this video and try to restart the charger and its work! Brilliant!
I was told that I needed to bring the defective charger into Costco and they’ll give me a loaner for the five days a new charger comes in for my pickup. Resound doesn’t repair but replace with a brand new one.
Just saved me a trip to the audiologist and a copay with the reset button tip on the bottom! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

Very disappointed charger not working after 1 yr warranty. Had to reset every time to recharge, which is very troublesome.

Nothing wrong either the charger but the right hearing aid not charging
I just called them- you won't find this anywhere, push the big button on the front of the hearing aid and hold for 30 seconds, then put in the charger. I realize that your question was a year ago, but I just saw it, hopefully it's not too late.
I have one hearing aid that isn't working even though they are both fully charged. How can I fix that issue?
This just happened to me, but my charge ports were filthy so I'm going to see if that's the issue for me. Hopefully you've found a solution for your hearing aid.
