Love watching your videos Harvey they bring back childhood memories of your aunts and uncles playing and singing on your grandma and grandpa's front porch late at night I'd open my window so I could fall asleep listening to music. Please keep posting these videos

Man, that's such a cool comment, some of my earliest memories on this planet are of my grandma Helen and her place in stringtown. I loved her dearly and she was gone way too soon.

That song by the Cellmates "Rockabilly Feeling" seems like a very example of this kind of music. I'm a bit surprised nobody has posted a lesson on it. If you would do one, I'd appreciate it. In the meantime I'll be trying out what this lesson covers. Thanks.

You got it man. Cool stuff. Be nice to see you smile. Otherwise you might have to start teaching the blues.

Haha I get that a lot. I have a hard time being "real" when it's just me sitting down talking to an iPhone. It feels bizarre to me and I have no ability to act. If I was a few cocktails deep it may come together 😂

I have a Gretsch just like yours. But mine is an original 1958 purchased in 1996 in New York at Rudy's Music Stop, directly from the hands of Rudy Pensa in person. But you play better. It's already a good consolation.

Thank you, Harvey. You gave me some sources to look for inspiration. The rockabilly community are such slaves to musical correctness.
