Jon’s speech is so kind & true 🥺🥺 there really is this pressure in our world & it’s so hard not to want to change so many things about ourselves. & also like he said but if you have the means to do something & its going to make you feel better then you have to do what you feel is right, bc it is your body & choice. if you’re constipated, buy some mineral oil from cvs & also buy some stool softeners, they’re in pill form and they really help. Maybe try the oil first & drink tons of water & then add the softeners if you don’t have progress with the oil
Looking at your recent videos, it looks like all the swelling went down. Your face now (1 year later) looks like it did before surgery: the face-to-neck the doctor mentioned ("cankles" as your doc said). Neck results look great, very subtle difference.

I don’t think she had “jaw surgery” per se; only a soft tissue lift.

Pain killers cause constipation
The pain pills are what made you constipated. Hopefully, you figured that out and got off of those pain pills.
