I’m tired. I’m 66, former endurance athlete and always very active. The frustration of working on my recovery day after day and still not where I want to be with no end in sight is the contributing factor to my current lack of motivation. I guess I’m just in a funk. There’s no whining in stroke recovery. Thanks for allowing me to vent.
Thank you for sharing

Bill, this is great stuff you have created. Thx! I’m new to your channel and working through the content. 3yrs in and trying to find new motivation.
Glad you love. Thanks for the lovely feedback. What do you feel is stopping you from being motivated?
