Not to be a party pooper, but once you enter the battle tree area you meet and interact with them thus can't save. I think that's what the creator was referring to

edit: ok so this comment started some drama over of gold won the battle against red. Please ignore that fact already. I think Gold won the battle so leave you own thoughts alone please!!!! If anything, I am playing pokemon gold right now and I am playing as Gold. The only difference is that his name is Gorudo, which translates to Gold. Gorudo is the Japanese version of saying Gold.

I was really pissed off reading the comments. Why is something made as a parody taken so seriously? Red is my favorite trainer and yes I choose red. They hurt Green so much in the comments! Look, the majority can choose red. Everyone chooses what they want. but that doesn't make red or green bad. green is my second favorite trainer. yes, red is chosen more. but that doesn't make green underrated. Undoubtedly, he is one of the most popular and beloved rivals in the Pokemon universe. red is one of the most popular playables. And they both deserve this love to the fullest. He fights with his will. There is no point in pitying Green unnecessarily. The only thing that caught my attention in the video was Selene's interest in Red. I must say I love this ship. I can more or less guess what happens next. Lol.

I battled Red in Moon but I battled Blue in Ultra Moon because he heals my team for me XD(I don't remember Red healing my team tho)
