April 2024 and my Senior Choir sings in its final Easter Cantata for the season today! I am using this for my motivation for today! HE IS RISEN! HE HAS RISEN INDEED! I get as emotional hearing this song today as when I first heard it? 👏👏😘😘😁😁👏👏
After three decades this duo has done the impossible and improved upon perfection. God willing we will hear more.

@@mikepruett1745 , i was blessed to be inside the church where larnelle was gonna have a concert where i was at the time, as he was preparing to do so, & he must've spent at least a half hour makin sure the sound tech would tune the mic (omnidirectional, from the looks of it) so he coul do that kinda stuff;-),
There is not, nor will there EVER be anyone like Sandi Patty and Larnelle Harris...EVER!! Two lives devoted to sharing the Gospel through selfless gifts of singing...so powerfully.
They are such a powerful gift!

FOR HIS AGE HE IS STILL VERY CAPABLE, BUT YOU CAN DETECT A LOSS OF VOCAL POWER THAT HE ONCE HAD SAY 15 - 20 YEARS AGO. BUT YES THESE TWO ARE HEAVENLY SENT TO US FOR THE GORIFICATION OF JESUS. WONDER WHAT STEVE GREEN COULD DO WITH SANDI AS A SINGING PARTNER?

I had the blessing to sing in the choir for 2 concerts for the Big Three tour of Sandi, Larnelle and Dino. There are no words to express when you are on the stage with them when they sing together. The Anointing of the Holy Spirit absolutely fills the stage and you feel you are truly in HIs presence.

It's so uplifting to start my day of being a shut in....disabled....by listening to this beautiful song sung by Larnell and Sandi....written by Dotty Rambo.....I'm 80 and have loved them both for 40 years. I used to listen to Sand's tapes and sing along with her so I could TRY to sing her songs in our church. Praise God for both of them. They have given innumerable people hope and strength over the years to Live for Jesus and to fight the good fight. I love " He is Wonferful" also.

I'm in tears as I'm watching and listening to this powerful song but the audience are not even reacting nor standing to praise the Lord.
Maybe they are mostly from more traditional types of worship in their background rather than more emotionally based music styles. To be fair, the camera isn't on the audience much and you can't see most of them a lot of the time and also there isn't much light on them so you can't see them well. But indeed it is a powerful song and a great performance.

@@chonaV That is NOT necessary nor Christ-like. Baptists are more traditional, reserved and reverent in worship. NO need of accusing them of being "fans" of a Hollywood MESS. (and MESS is being KIND).
Maybe they're just in awe of the beautiful voices they're hearing. Everyone reacts differently.
