Thanks for the video! I’ll try this tonight for my 7M old. I’m concern I will find this or any other method very challenging because I live in a studio and baby’s crib is in our room. 😕 I’ll try my best to not make any noise and keep the light off.

If your little one still need his paci to help himself to fall asleep, there really is no problem. There also is a sleep regression around 8 months, so if you would like to start weaning of the pacifier, it is best to wait for 2 months so it is easier for your baby. Between 12 and 18 months they start to become emotionally attached to the pacifier, so if you want to start weaning off, it is best between those 10 and 12 months, or after 1.5 years.
