Thank you, Joe Murray! You handed the win to the prosecution! Joe Murray’s testimony was so cringeworthy. Joe, was MAD at the lead detective because the detective kept driving past Chads house. Detective Hermilliso, knew those innocent children were probably dead and buried in Chads backyard. He was RIGHT! Detective Hermillsio, is a HERO. Joe Murray, is a deranged, twisted nutcase.

Emma is also selfish. In her cop car dash-cam with Chad, she implied she’d play the sympathy card with neighbors by asking, “Can you help me? My mom died.” Even on the 48 hours show she tried to get sympathy by saying that her mom was dead and her father is in jail. She’s focused on how everything impacts her.

So confused why the witness didn’t review outside factors.
Other factors that a coroner may consider when determining the cause of death without an autopsy include:
Whether the death was set up to look like an accident or suicide
      Whether the death was suspicious
Whether the death was a suicide
If a decedent has no known medical history or medical records, the cause and manner of death may be undetermined.

How dare he question the rights of Detectives to drive past the house of horrors. 2 missing children were found behind the house, one of them butchered, beheaded, and her burned organs thrown into a bucket. I was there yesterday for the testimony of Emma and Garth. My heart absolutely breaks for Tammy after listening to both of them and having time to absorb their testimony. I understand they have lost their mother and are afraid to lose their father. It does not excuse their utter betrayal of their mothers memory. Emma was combative with the the prosecution and came across as angry. Garth came across as someone who was scared and nervous. Their monotone style of speaking reminded me of people who had been brainwashed and manipulated. It will be interesting to see if just one of the five children of Tammy’s, break away from the group and start reading and listening to the facts. I absolutely feel horrible for the children but it does not excuse describing their mother in a false light. I understand the place Tammy was in life. Her kids were grown, she was starting to figure out who she was. She had many years left ahead to find out the things she enjoyed. She was an incredibly hard worker. Supporting the household, running a business and most likely making the meals and doing housework. While Chad, spent his time writing silly stupid stories to send to a woman who also took advantage of her spouse. Chad and Lori absolutely deserve each other. Tammy and Charles just wanted to be supportive spouses and Chad and Lori wanted to destroy all the good around them for their own selfish desires. Emma and Garth are delusional about their father and I hope someday they see what a disservice they did to their mothers memory. I was not impressed with Joe, Emma’s husband. God forbid, he should need help from law enforcement someday. Civil servants such as law enforcement put their lives on the line everyday for us. The investigative work done on this case has been extensive and self sacrificing.

I think it’s a good jury and love how the court is so protective of this process. Judge Boyce runs a smooth ship and very impressed with all of the staff. I did notice Emma got emotional at the beginning of the dash cam footage that was shown but neither children showed any emotion talking about the day their mother died or thereafter. It is honestly unbelievable how robotic they were speaking about such a traumatic time in their lives. No emotion over children being found in the backyard either. It was bizarre, as a mother myself to three adult children.

Sure he can be extremely ridiculous & gets on my last nerve at times but he’s doing the job well- and by well I don’t mean he’s mounting a credible defense in any sense of the word. I simply mean when this is over & Chad is dealt his fate I don’t see any way he could claim ineffective counsel. I believe Prior has overturned every possible rock that reasonable doubt could be hiding under & it’s not there. Prior isn’t expecting an acquittal here, a win for his client would be life without the possibility of parole.
So we can thank him for a solid effort and for eliminating several grounds for appeal in the future. Without criminal defence attorneys there could be no prosecutions.

And btw, the victim was Chad because it was his truck, not Tammy's, despite everyone calling it her truck. And then 10 days later, she died of natural causes, and Emma didn't want an autopsy. It really has nothing to do with Chad, who btw was having a physical affair with Lori. Nothing to see here. Case closed.
