    The fact that Chad turned off his phone to avoid being tracked but didn’t tell Alex to do the same makes me think they always meant to pin it on Alex.
    Also, the fact that Chad’s phone doesn’t show up at his own house on the two particular days the kids were likely buried is likewise raising red flags for me. You would see my phone data at my house every single day if I’m not out of town or something like that. The fact that’s there’s nothing seems off in and of itself.

    • @mellvee
      @mellvee 4 месяца назад +1

      @@allysonh6410There are too many to list, but here are a few of the more obvious ones, off the top of my head: 1)She claimed she and her mother spontaneously opted to increase their life insurance when the insurance company came to their job during a regular workday. They worked at an elementary school. It was a Sunday. 2)She claimed she didn't know Chad was having an affair with Lori until after he was arrested. She was caught on video while Chad was sitting in the backseat of the police car in the day he was arrested, saying she had her own telephone account which she's been using to have telephone contact with Lori at her jail, and that she'd send her money since Chad no longer would be able to. 3)She said Tammi was not familiar with paint guns and had never seen or heard of her seeing or using a paint gun. Her brother, Garth, testified that Tammy DID know about paint guns, and that he'd actually seen her with paint guns in the past. When the prosecutor pressed her on this and told her that her brother said that, Emma's response was: "I don't believe my brother said that." 4)She claimed her mother was not training for a 4k race and that she was in terrible physical shape. Several other people testified that Tammy was, in fact, training for a 4k race and was in excellent physical shape. 5)She claimed her mother hasn't been to the doctor in two or three years, aside from treating an injured wrist. Tammy had a recent prescription for Prozac, for which she would have had to have been seen in the office at least every three months. Her prescription was valid and up to date when she died. 6)She claimed her father never advised her not to speak to or cooperate with police and FBI agents. She's on jail telephone recordings with Chad multiple times when he directed her to stop communicating with 'authorities'.
      I'm sure there are a ton more, but those are the ones that are certain and not up for debate.

    I would like to hear some of those phone calls between Chad & his kids after he was arrested. It was more than obvious that Emma was lying and/or coached on what to say. I don't trust any of his kid's testimonies.
    There is too much evidence against Chad. He expressed how miserable he was having to spend time with his family. He referred to himself as Harry Potter being trapped under the stairs. They can't keep their heads buried in the sand anymore. Tammy deserved better from her children.

Chad's comment that she needed to up it before she retired doesn't make sense if the policy coverage ends when she retires [can't take it with her]. Nate, I always love your coverage, and even more now that I realize your ties to the DC Sniper. As a MD resident, who worked in DC, I still remember the sheer terror for days, but seemed like weeks. I was barely an adult, but remember the fear like it was yesterday.

    If Chad shot and buried a raccoon on his property why wasn’t his DNA on the shovel? I guess he scrubbed it down really well after burying the raccoon ? 😮

      Were bullet casings found on the property? Was a bullet found in Tylee’s burnt remains?
      Yes, I think the slug wiped down the tools which is stupid considering you live there and all your DNA and fingerprints would be found all over the house, shed, etc.

    Actually it IS a shocker that Chads DNA was not on HIS tools!! Hmmmm sounds like a wipe down. One would certainly expect his DNA to be on his tools regardless of any of this. The fact that there wasn't speaks volumes. He had plenty of time to wipe them all down thoroughly. I do hope prosecutors bring this out.

    Hi Nate, thank you for a really good recap of today’s happening in court. It is true that Peter,The Lawyer you Know, has mentioned you several times. He has also run clips of your show. Peter has a huge following. Many of us watch both of you.
    Question ……… Are you glad to see this trial finally winding down. I know there is a ways to go, but we are finally nearing the end of the terrible saga. I am sure it has taken a toll on many of those who have been affected by this terrible crime. thank you for always remembering JAYTylee, and Pammy. The three precious souls did not deserve what happened to them. It is time for them to receive justice. Let us hope it is not long incoming.

      You're so right, Peter has brought up clips of Nate's show quite a few times and always compliments him on what a great job Nate is doing covering the trial. He was almost giddy when sharing the interview Nate did with the female juror recently. It made him very happy to hear a juror be so diligent in their duty. 💙
