I always thought that Regina looks a lot like those department store mannequins! I'm glad at the end that the judge ruled in Brillo's favor when it came to Missy because Regina is so mean and cruel that she doesn't deserve dogs!
In real life Debi Mazar the actress who played Regina adores dogs and owns a couple of them as well. It's kind of weird to see her play a character that hates dogs when in real life she loves them

Beethoven's 2nd's final confrontation wasn't as tense or action packed as the original's, but it was satisfying to see Beethoven kick Floyd and Regina's asses in one shot. Especially after dumb-dumb Floyd threatened to murder Mo.
To say the final confrontation wasn’t as tense or action packed as the original is quite an understatement. Floyd and Regina were some pretty lame villains.
@@josephsarto689 Midway through the movie Floyd and Regina were dressed in formal clothing and packed a bunch of suitcases in their car to travel out of town. Maybe for a business trip given their formal attire?
Yes, The whole point is that the final confrontation wasn’t as tense or action packed as the first movie because the protagonists and the antagonists weren’t active looking for each other, or trying to pursue a goal. They just happened to bump into each other. Where in the first movie the newtons wanted the dog and wee actively looking for dr varnick
When I first saw this movie, I thought Dr. Varnick and his two henchmen were going to be on it showing a scene where they escaped from jail and making another attempt to kill Beethoven while getting revenge on the Newton family. But seeing Regina and Floyd as the villains here on the movie told me that Dr. Varnick and his henchmen are still in jail and never escaped.
@@abigailmorin5981 Actually no, Dr. Varnick didn't die when those syringes stabbed him since the needles stabbed him but the poison didn't get injected into him where all that happened was that he passed out. The way how I found out that Dr. Varnick didn't die was when the Newton family was watching the news on TV, it showed Dr. Varnick getting arrested while being handcuffed and making an angry face before being taken away and then it showed his two henchmen Vernon and Harvey all bandaged up getting arrested too after being attacked by those junkyard guard dogs. If you watch the scene of the Newton family watching the news after rescuing the dogs, you will see Dr. Varnick didn't die but got arrested too with Vernon and Harvey.
@@abigailmorin5981 That's okay. When I first saw this movie and seeing the scene when Dr. Varnick and Vernon and Harvey got arrested I said to myself "what's he doing alive, I thought he died from the poison in the syringes?" but when I looked at the scene of the syringes shooting at him and stabbing him, I saw that the poison didn't get injected inside him. However, I was surprised none of the Newton family members injected one of the poisons in him especially because when George Newton was going to punch him, Dr. Varnick told him that if he punches him he will have him arrested for assault and battery but George still punched him but I think that was a joke what Dr. Varnick said to scare George because he knew he was doing something wrong by killing dogs and knew if he called the police on George, Dr. Varnick would be arrested himself. So if George wasn't afraid to punch him, he probably wouldn't be afraid to inject poison inside him being unknown if George would be arrested for murder even though Dr. Varnick deserves to die himself for murdering dogs. Also yes, I also love all five Beethoven films along with "Beethoven's Big Break", "Beethoven's Treasure Tail", and "Beethoven's Christmas Tail."
