This is exactly the video I’ve been looking for. I took a really hard fall at the skate park and I’ve had the bump since then, but it some times it goes away. I don’t have much pain, and have most of my range of motion pain free. I’ve been researching shoulder anatomy; as well as going to a chiropractor since before the fall. This video puts a nice bow on what to do when injury
What type of injury? No surgery ?
How are you feeling now about one year later? I was at my local terrain Park yesterday doing a 50-50 snowboarding and I sustained an injury to the AC joint area. I'm thinking and hopeful that it's just a sprain or a partial tear.
How long til you felt alright and could excerise/skate? took a fall during wrestling yesterday and im worried how long i will be out from training.. @@Gwilfawe
If a patient is treated conservatively/non operation for a type3, do the ligaments heal themselves?
I appreciate your videos Sir. Thank you for the anatomy and condition explanations. Its like going back to school at 65!
