My sister went yesterday from Heathrow to las Vegas , staying 3 days there ,then going to los angeles where they get on princess cruises where they spend 15 days in board and sail to Hawaii, lucky sister and hubby!!, Hope you have a lovely holiday xx

Well done for making the appointment, taking control and making a decision is so satisfying in itself. One of my friends went privately first as her GP wasn’t very good but then transferred to NHS once she’d got her regimen sorted. My first GP was not great but the one I have now, only spoken on the phone, seems much more knowledgeable and supportive. And don’t forget, if you decide to go on HRT it may need tweaking to get the right system for you and if it doesn’t feel right then you don’t have to keep taking it. For me it’s been amazing, I smostly sleep right through the night, bliss! Happy Holidays. X

I went to see a menopause specialist - it was so helpful and informative and worth every penny. I live in Wales and do get prescriptions free, and she wrote to my GP to ask them to change my HRT prescription- life changing.
