Amen, Kaytri! The athletes and staff need to be held responsible. Love you, girl!

It’s sad that he is the scapegoat for a much bigger issue at USU as a whole. The university, its police department, and the Logan police department go out of their way to intimidate victims to keep them quiet. This happens not just with perpetrators linked to the sports programs but also those linked to the LDS Institute. I personally know several girls that were sexually assaulted at LDS Institute activities that when they reported what happened to USU police they were met with threats and intimidation, with one being told “well unless you can get the guy to confess to you on tape there’s nothing we can do”. Logan PD was more focused on what they were wearing and what they may have done to lead the guys on.

Of course, there are some things that the Logan PD does take seriously. Pulling out of your driveway and being a half block away before you put your seat belt on. Driving 4 over. Not signaling before you turn into a roundabout. Having a license plate cover that is barely tinted at all.

Did she report the rape crime to the cops? Did someone go to jail for the crime... make sense of this

@@ryanhood1985 as I said above they all reported it to USU PD as well as Logan PD. The most disgusting part was the USU PD officer took it upon himself to warn one of the perpetrators father who just happened to be the Director of Logan Institute at the time of the accusation, who was making it, so he could make sure there was no recording of the assault, and get his son out of town until it blew over. When the girls father found out about this, he notified Church headquarters and what did the church do, rather than investigate they just moved him to Minnesota?

@@biggpaulie5I bet he wishes that the church would have investigated. Being moved to MN? That sounds like a punishment to me.

90% of those accusations by female athletes and students are nothing more than a bunch of lies so they can cover their tracks over something or because they want attention.

Utah State needs to bite the bullet and downgrade their NCAA classification from FBS to FCS and compete in the Big Sky Conference. They merely grab the student athletes that can’t get into Utah or BYU who have behavioral issues outside the classroom as well. Joining the league Weber State is in will help alleviate much of this as well as have an athletic program that is more financially realistic for its alumni base, booster support & attendance figures. The Montana schools being better numbers to the table financially & attendance speaking than the school in Logan. This is one way the state board of regents can correct the wrongs that continually come out of Utah State.

USU regularly competes in the top 1/3 of the Mountain West and has won 3 league titles and 3 conference tourneys in the major sports since being in the league. USU recruits totally different players than Utah or BYU, they recruit at the G5 level. I disagree it should go down a league.

This has got to be one of the most ridiculous comments I have seen. Pulling players from BYU/Utah? USU continuous to be in the top performers in the MW Conference. Also, take a look at where USU recruits are from, majority are not the same pool. Also don't put Utah or BYU on a pedestal for greatness. Should we pull out the stats on SA on Utah and BYU campus or the covered up issues with their universities? Go wine somewhere else.

I'm gonna guess you're a Utah fan, which explains why you sound like an asshole.
