Awesome video. It was great to sit here at home and relive some of the cadences that I played back in '98 and '99. I even remembered some of the licks too, haha. Keep up the great work!! --Hoss
HAHA! I just listened to duckmouth. I wasn't surprised when I heard a bunch of dirty banging on out of tune drums--AGAIN. Famu drumline has perfected that sound.
@tubap92 try again. i marched with that line, you might wanna try to get a clue about that. btw the NC State actually has a pretty good line by these vids.
cool if you listen to it without watching. The lifelessness of the line diminishes it. Robotic. Sort of look like what you think of a woman who isn't enjoying sex - staring at the ceiling waiting for it to be over, hoping her partner doesn't notice her lack of interest.
chill out, man. How many North Carolina drumlines do you actually know? And yes, we're no A&T. We're just a group of people who love music, who don't major in it because there isn't one at State, and love to entertain the fans at games.
Ok, maybe I'm just getting defensive, but after watching at least 10 drumline videos today, almost all of them had girl comments on them. What the hell is wrong with both men and women being on a drumline? You all seem so surprised? Erhmmm, I'm marching a center snare this year, and yes, I do happen to have a vagina. I don't think you intend for it to come off as offensive, but why is it surprising? Are women less qualified than men? Seriously. Big deal. They're good, that's what counts.

Makes me want football season again
very similar to USC!!! Tuning wise and flow of cadences, but non the less i bet it would be fun to march for state.
Where can I find the sheet music to these cadences? I have to have it!
the last year miles jackson marched was the 2005 season.
@iSpeak13 hell i was a snare and i loved those damn things
Nice Job. U have a lot of chicks on the cymbols and a few on the snares. It goes to show that chicks can be on the drumline
Gotta love the line, but its just not the same without the tubas marching around doing their stuff
Blake Richardson on snare from Between the Buried and Me?
nice

yo, we have 18s, 19s, and 20s. all the 20s, one 19, and an 18 are dudes. the rest are chicks. oh and the "hot snare chick" is nicknamed Ice Queen.
