Why does this look exactly like the Delonghi Magnifica machine? It even has the beans door to the left and what would be a demi cup warmer? The middle door is for adding an alternate bean such as decaf or mild per the user preference. Interesting!
Is the internal center component (res push-in tabs on each side) suppose to sit at an angle? Mine tips to the left. When cues to empty grounds I always clean the puck container and tray parts as directed. But I will find a fair amount of ground coffee (not wet- dry like out of the bag) on the bottom. Is this due to some misalignment or is this normal? Thanks you.
