No problem, I gave the video a rewatch and I realized I disagreed with less than I initially thought. I will say my personal rankings are different because I also played differently than you did based on the footage of each fight: different charm loadout and what not. I disagree with Flukemarm being above the Hollow Knight but agree that HK is a pretty easy boss when compared to others like Traitor Lord. Xero is also way higher than I would put him: he was one of the bosses I beat in one try though. Same with Nosk, personally I’d put them below Traitor Lord since TL took me I think 9 tried while the other two only took 1 and 2 respectively. Sheo I’d also put lower, like closer to 18. Ftr I do agree with Hornet Sentinel, that fight was rough.

Fun fact for anyone having trouble with Xero, you can actually go underneath the battle arena and he can’t throw his little spears at you giving you a safe place to heal Or maybe that’s only in the switch port

The only reason why I had more trouble with Xero was that I thought that he was mandatory to progress and had only beat 2 bosses before him (my dumb ass forgot about the shaman spell and instead of going to Greenpath I went to Crystal Peak instead with the lantern) and I made it to the resting grounds. I didn’t have dash so I just tombstone bounced onto the platform and fought him. It took 5 tries, and looking back I was disappointed all I got was 100 essence.

I remember for me nightmare king was hard a first but I managed to kill him easily after some try. After that I went for normal grimm and found it 3 time harder than nightmare grimm because he was to "slow" compared to nightamre king. (I did nightmare king on the small screen of a nintendo switch too lol)

I did a Pantheon 5 all bindings and my own ranking change a lot after that ! From hardest to easiest in AB : -The collector -Grey Prince Zote -Absolute Radiance -Markoth -No Eyes Pure Vessel and Nightmare King Grimm are note even in my top 10 anymore
there is a big difference when you first encounter bosses vs when you fight them again and again in pantheons. I absolutely hated Grey Prince Zote (p3 was my nighmare), now I grow to love him. HIs attacks are hard but look so stupid and it makes you feel stupid, it's brilliant. Btw disagree with you about most of the bosses lol. But I do agree about Pure Vessel. PV is my favorite boss as well. And yeah I almost forgot: fuck Markoth

How do you have no eyes as the easiest dream boss, or just so high in general? You think he's(she's?) the fourth easiest boss in the game? Four spots ahead of False Knight and Five spots ahead of Soul Warrior? Especially considering how early in the game you can fight her(him?), and thus may not even have any mask upgrades yet? Not saying it's not an easy fight, but those fucking flying ghost heads are such a pain in the dick sometimes, especially once you get to the point where the platforms are covered in thorns(which for some reason the devs thought should act as super strong knight magnets the second you take damage from an enemy or obstacle.)
The MPC guy, the way how you get him in the boss fight is you have to go find them somewhere in? It’s somewhere in the map that lost Ken was in somewhere in there. You could save them from a bunch of like a mini versions of the Mollick, and if you do he, the embassy will be inspired by your combat performance of some sort. I don’t know what the MPC meant when they said something like that, because of her inspiring, she joined you in the trader boss fight, and warning. If you try to do this, she will get killed in the end because when she does help you, she will die because of the traitor Lord and she will lay off the final head while she is getting stabbed by the Lord and she does die and you cannot. You can also dream nail her soul to get a soul essence or I mean dream essence, and I wouldn’t recommend dream nail her soul
In my opinion, Pure Vessel is far easier than NKG. It took me DAYS to defeat NKG, but I defeated Pure Vessel in less than an hour, and once I did the ascended version it only took me two attempts to beat it on Radiant. I still can't beat ascended NKG.

Tbh because I’ve played both now - I think Cuphead might have the harder bosses, personally. There’s only one or two bosses I managed to beat in one go in cuphead and at least 10 I beat first try in hk. But to be honest - I think it comes down to whatever your brain’s more attuned to: rng bullet hells vs melee bullet hells
Personal opinion, take it with again of salt since I don't play Cuphead much, but I think Hollow Knight mandatory bosses are easier than Cuphead. However hidden/extra content bosses are quite a bit harder. Ngk, Pure Vessel, Radiance, or Grey Prince Zote are kinda up on another level than most other bosses in the game itself.
Overall I put a lot of time into both but I would say for the most part hollow knight has easier bosses for a lot of these bosses I was able to beat them first try well in cuphead I beat none of them first try however I would say the top 3 on the list which are nkg,pv, and ar are harder than a lot of bosses in that game but I would say overall hk bosses are a little easier because you get so many powers up compared to cuphead

I took broken vessel down with Unbreakable Heart, Unbreakable Strength and Quick Slash. Lost kin was taken down with Unbreakable Heart, Lifeblood Heart, Lifeblood Core and Joni's Blessing. Easily the third easiest boss(es) behind gruz mother and false knight for me. And pineapple does go on pizza

But i can tell youre ranking it on your first fight with them instead of if you had all upgrades

I think in hindsight it was the wrong choice when I started editing this I hadn’t beaten ar and I think after so many pure vessel runs I just tricked myself into thinking there easy but I think your right I should’ve ranked them cause a lot of them like white defender are pretty different from dung defender compared to some like the failed champion (I think that’s his name) where he just faster but at the end I thought about putting them on the list I would say I think they would be put in similar spots but they are different enough to where they definitely deserved a ranking
Idk about all of cause a lot of them are earlier game bosses with lower tier shit and when you fight these guys your probably fighting them a little later but yeah I agree ranking them would have been better and some would have different probably made much higher than there other counter parts

@mercyI_I same with sly. With quick slash and strength you can play aggressively and parry most hits and get a chance to heal (3 masks at stagger and 2 during transition to 2nd phase) nail lengthening charms help a ton aswell

False knight is definitely the easiest. He's so slow you have 6 business days to dodge, unlike MMC, Gruz Mother, Vengefly king etc.

Tbh because I’ve played both now - I think Cuphead might have the harder bosses, personally. There’s only one or two bosses I managed to beat in one go in cuphead and at least 10 I beat first try in hk. But to be honest - I think it comes down to whatever your brain’s more attuned to: rng bullet hells vs melee bullet hells
Personal opinion, take it with again of salt since I don't play Cuphead much, but I think Hollow Knight mandatory bosses are easier than Cuphead. However hidden/extra content bosses are quite a bit harder. Ngk, Pure Vessel, Radiance, or Grey Prince Zote are kinda up on another level than most other bosses in the game itself.
Overall I put a lot of time into both but I would say for the most part hollow knight has easier bosses for a lot of these bosses I was able to beat them first try well in cuphead I beat none of them first try however I would say the top 3 on the list which are nkg,pv, and ar are harder than a lot of bosses in that game but I would say overall hk bosses are a little easier because you get so many powers up compared to cuphead

I took broken vessel down with Unbreakable Heart, Unbreakable Strength and Quick Slash. Lost kin was taken down with Unbreakable Heart, Lifeblood Heart, Lifeblood Core and Joni's Blessing.
Easily the third easiest boss(es) behind gruz mother and false knight for me.

I think in hindsight it was the wrong choice when I started editing this I hadn’t beaten ar and I think after so many pure vessel runs I just tricked myself into thinking there easy but I think your right I should’ve ranked them cause a lot of them like white defender are pretty different from dung defender compared to some like the failed champion (I think that’s his name) where he just faster but at the end I thought about putting them on the list I would say I think they would be put in similar spots but they are different enough to where they definitely deserved a ranking

@mercyI_I same with sly. With quick slash and strength you can play aggressively and parry most hits and get a chance to heal (3 masks at stagger and 2 during transition to 2nd phase) nail lengthening charms help a ton aswell
